Chicago started their tank this season on the right track then... Mirotic is out 4-6 weeks with this face fracture.. while Portis was suspended for 8 games.

Aside from back and forth talking banter... allegedly Mirotic shoved Portis before the punch which concussed him and fractured his face. One has to wonder about how the Bulls coaching staff let them get to that point and not put them on a time out basically.

Portis is making just over the min, so Bryn or Davis could be used for matching purposes. I would be all over such a trade, especially if it's Bryn going out.
