The real truth bomb: if your point guard can't be a legitimate, consistent threat to score, you can't build a team around them in this era.

Though it is pretty funny to see former Kobe stans suddenly discover that there are other stats in the box score besides points.
Maybe he can do a Rondo and hook up with three Hall of Famers and win a le as the fifth option?

Not at all. Meaningless game where the Spurs were missing half their roster and the scrubs under performed. Pop's coaching and Patty Mill's mere existence were both frustrating though, I'll admit.

Trae Young is only 6'-2' and will be a better college and NBA player than Ball ever was or will be. He has a very high IQ and can distribute (22 assists tied NCAA record) and can score. He is leading the NCAA in points as a freshman. So Lavar is dumb as all if he thinks Lonzo will be the best ever as he says.

Spurs would have won by 20 with Kawhi, Parker, Green and Gay playing. So dont get all worked up.

Maybe, maybe not. Despite our putrid record, we beat 4 playoff teams: Rockets, 76ers (:lol), Wizards, and now your Sp*rs. Although we lost 3 times to the Dubs, we took them to OT twice and were in it to win it in all 3 games.

I don't put much stock in "moral victories" but I like how our team competes. Our core players are so young that it blows my mind that we can beat the Rockets, but lose to the damn Hornets. SMH

Sigh...growing pains of a young roster. We're taking our lumps now, but we'll be better for it in the future :toast

    agree with this ...
FT shooting alone hast cost us at least 3 games ...
if we can win or split the next two vs Grizz and Mavs ..or better yet win next three ...we will be just off track for the 35 wins i hoped for ...baby steps

    40.4 fg%
    70.8 Ft%
    5.6 rpg
    6.7 apg

Pump tha brakes niggra............LA beat the Spurs who were missing 3-4 starters. Parker, Kawhi, Green and Gay. If they played LA would have lost by 20 and you know it. Also, 2 of the 3 losses to GSW were without Curry.

    celebrating regular season victories

Sad that Laker fans have come to this. It would be like Spurs fan celebrating a December win over the Nets.
