Balls consistently "AGAINST THE TEAMS THAT MATTER"

So I guess the '13 and '14 finals didn't matter.
I love Danny's evolution, but you would be the only person on the planet to make that choice.
ps: ok, maybe more two or three persons in ST
Counting contracts, yeah I would. Danny is making $10 Million, Klay is $17.8 Million. Danny is a lousy chief, but a great indian. Klay is a mediocre chief, and an average indian. Give me the great indian at the (relatively) cheap price...
I actually think Kawhi/LMA/Danny respectively cancel out Durant/Draymond/Klay. I also like the Spurs' bench better. It's Curry that tips the scales heavily in the Warriors' favor, without him I would take Spurs in 6 in an otherwise healthy matchup.
IRREPLACEABLE!
Seems like our irreplaceable player was replaced by Forbes last night. Huh.....

^ no but I do think Brandon Paul is Danny Green insurance for next year.
Yes Danny is on a bargain deal for the way he's playing but I don't think Klay is being overpaid. He obviously isn't the defender Green is but he's also not a bad defender and can drop buckets. He's not going to touch the ball as much with GS now that they have Durant but it's clear when he was the #2 option next to Steph that he could get the job done. Also, he's efficiently putting up 20+ PPG right now as a 3rd option. Green matches up well with him when they play but I think realistically you've got to take Klay because he's that much better of a scorer and he's a go to option.
Another irreplaceable game....
Nitpicking games against years of top notch services.
Not even considering defense.
Danny irreplaceable green
Yep, I wanted to see if his start held up, well, he's slowly going back to being average. I would NOT re-sign him.
If he won't take a discount, you let him walk. If he wants more money that makes the deal an overpaid one, then you let him walk. Same I said with Mills, but I'm getting in early this time.
Look, I won't mind having him back at all, as I would definitely want him back for a similar deal to what he has now, but if you have to overpay like they did with Mills, then I don't want him back for that type of contract. Can't keep giving out those type of contracts. If it's a fair deal, great, if not, DO NOT OVERPAY.
If he gets what Mills did per year, it'd be a solid deal assuming he doesn't age poorly (can be handled if 2-3 year deal). Good thing there's less cap space next offseason.
I guess you can puff your chest out every 5th game.
He is not an irreplaceable player
That's exactly what you do. You come up with that bull "irreplaceable" line once every 5 games, as if Danny hadn't been a vital part of this team for the past half a decade.

“He’s steadily become a professional over the years and taken his craft seriously,” said Popovich before the Spurs hosted the Oklahoma City Thunder. “An all around player, not just someone who can shoot open threes. He’s gone to work everyday with that thought and defensively, he figured out that he kind of had a knack for it on top of deciding to be that. He was pretty good with his hands, and anticipated pretty good position wise on the court. As he found some success, he was rewarded for it and I think he continues to take it very seriously. Then he started doing things like blocking shots on the break in transition. You’re wondering, ‘Where the heck did that come from? I don’t remember doing that drill.’ We don’t have those drills, but he’s doing it. He’s done that on his own. He’s excited to be an all around player.”
I wouldn't mind having Danny retire as a Spur tbh.
danny is gonna end up a top ten spur at this rate.
Trade Patty and give the dude his money..
They are in a different league of 'role players': Mills is just a spark-plug, an energy dude; Green is a legit sub-core piece of a championship team (top 4-6 player)..
