Yeah, Jaylen Brown is awesome. I saw flashes last season just in the games against the Spurs. I was kind of pissed when the Cavs asked for him too. If they got him as well in the haul for Kyrie, they would have fleeced the Celtics.

BatManu20, where did you get the Kawhi will be out for 2-3 weeks from in your second post, or did you just make that up to go along with that H-E-B video?

So Kawhi is basically out another 10 days and will miss the 4-game trip, and there is no way they allow him back vs the Warriors..That's two weeks from now...

I guess he traveled with the team to Chicago to seek another medical opinion or something..This is really getting worrisome..
Quad inflammation and similar injuries, i.e. tendinopathy, can take a varying amount of time to heal. Could be weeks, could be months. Pretty sure the Spurs have no idea currently - he's taking meds and doing regular massages/stretches and that's about everything they can do.

Murray pulled Aldridge aside after the dust up to offer some calming words. As Popovich moved in their direction, Murray gestured to the coach that he would handle the situation.

“I thought that was really pretty wonderful leadership for a young guy like that who is just finding his way to go ahead and calm him down like that,” Popovich said after shootaround Wednesday morning. “I was actually going over and he kind of waved me away like, “I got this. I’m OK. I don’t need you over here.’

I know it is early, but the pre-season hype of teams such us Nuggets and Wolves and maybe even OKC was ridiculous after their FA splashes..

The West pecking order hasn't changed much in the West: Dubs/Spurs/Rockets are lock for top 3 seed barring a major injury and I'd still pick teams like Memphis/Blazers/Clippers to beat off Denver/Wolves for the middle and lower playoff seeds..Only the Jazz seems likely to miss out..
