Kyrie has still never even made the playoffs without LeGOAT holding his hand. LeGOAT led the 2016 Finals in every statistical category - in other words, he was doing the carrying. LeGOAT also dominated the fourth quarter in Games 6 and 7 that year. Giving Kyrie all the credit because his chucking worked once is like giving Kobe the credit for Shaq and MVPau's rings.
when Killa Kyrie leads his team to a higher seed than Bron this year are you gonna duck this thread like the Tom Savage one you started?

The Celtics were the #1 seed last year. Remind me again who represented the East in the Finals?

Tbh, anything short of the #1 seed means that the Celtics are worse with "Killa" Kyrie than they were without him. If Kyrie is anywhere near as good as you hype him up to be, they should have a higher seed than the Cavs.

Lebron was better off being a 1B regular-season-wise. He should've been talking up Kyrie for MVP last season instead of doing his big brother stuff.
Good point but LeBron is an attention himself

boston only has 4 players from last year's team it's barely the same squad tbh.

Also then this would mean if cleveland finishes with a worse seed than last year it's a reflection of just how much they miss killa kyrie

They have the same coach, tbh, which is the most important part. They'd be Mavs/Hawks/Bulls-level bad right now with Doc instead of Stevens.

Nope. The Cavs are a veteran team coming off a long streak of Finals appearances that coasts in the regular season. LeGOAT doesn't care about the regular season standings at this stage of his career. He cares about saving his energy for the playoffs when it really matters.

The Celtics have no such excuses. They're young, have only had one deep playoff run recently that didn't even result in a Finals appearance, and they're regular-season tryhards. Anything short of another #1 seed proves that they're worse with Kyrie.

Cavs aren't coasting Bron is coasting on defense but still putting up godly numbers on the other end. The rest of the aliers just are old and suck though. wade jr thompson kardashian all terrible tbh. and obviously white kevin scrub is an even worse 2nd option than third banana

cavs - killa kyrie = ball

Yea, he is aiming for GOAT. He took the gamble that he could have the best of both worlds and he lost.

So much for the "Killa" Kyrie narrative. Celtics just won without him and Horford.

Brad Stevens, you the real MVP of the Celtics.
