Honestly, I wouldn't mind. Our offense stinks and he's not playing well off the bench. Might as well so he can get a rhythm early.

Ma Touches might complain again about not getting enough touches. Can we risk him being unhappy?

Sad part is that's a legitimate concern.

I know it's a schtick but real question, if anyone on the team got LMA's touches would they match his production?

The Spurs should start Rudy Gay and let him play 35+ minutes a game. Is that asking too much Pop? I really believe he's our best player ( besides Kawhi and T.P.). Gay should be getting 15+ attempts a game at minimum. He's one of the few guys who can penetrate and get his own shot. He's not Kawhi but Rudy could still be a borderline all-star. If he gets the minutes! No reason why he shouldn't be playing 30+ mins a game.

Pau was fine last night, Gay was trash. tbh. Gasol has rebounded from a bad start to the season. That being said, I am for continuing to start Anderson when Kawhi gets back. He really impressed.

Aldridge is clearly the second best player on the team, Gay is third. Unless Pop benches Gasol for Gay that doesn't make a lot of sense. I like having Gay off the bench because of the fact he is still an above average wing and can take advantage of opposing second units.

Eastern Conference standings including point differential:

    1. Boston Celtics +9.2
    2. Orlando Magic +8.1
    3. Indiana Pacers +3.8

they have literally lost to four of the top six teams in terms of record thus far

He is still working himself back from a major injury and yet some people want to play him 35 plus minutes a night.

I've heard of the saying the straw that breaks the camel's back, but some are advocating to put a ton of straws on gay.

His lift and speed have not returned and never will if he's being driven into the ground playing 35 minutes.

The 20 to 26 minute range is completely appropriate and the correct strategy to start the season and for a few months in.

Gay needs to start, but play the same minutes... Playing with the starters will make him play better, and take some weight off his shoulders... Kyle is the worst... Opposing SF salivate at that match up, tbh... Gay can at least take it to them... Start gay with Murray and Murray will have more space to drive... The warriors in the second half had Kyle looking like a statue out there... But he sure was the garbage time MVP

Starting Rudy Gay only makes sense at this point. He looks healthy and ready to go, he hasn't shown any other signs. He has a much more similar game to Kawhi's than Kyle does.

Probably the best lineup against Houston until we can get a decent PG.

That Pau contract looks better everyday...for Pau.
