I’ve always thought it should have been called this way. It doesn’t make sense for someone to get fouled and then 5 steps later they shoot as “continuation”. But you’re right that they’re not calling it across the board

They've taken it too far. They had to do something about the trash Harden was doing, but there should be some continuation when going toward the rim.
