Forbes has to play over Mills when the team is at full strength. At this point it's just handicapping the Spurs if he doesn't.

Mills is one of the leaders of this team.
He was muuuuch harder on TP than he has been thus far on Murray. There was older quote from Manu where he said Pop knows who to yell at a lot and who not to. So TP, or Green or whoever he was obviously very hard on. Others he pulls quickly, and some both.
I am pretty sure he pulled TP early on in his career tho.
