It was actually a great block.
Then, just to rub salt in the wound, some Bungle put a similar hit on Brown in the endzone - and he still caught that like a boss and walked away unscathed.
What is the NFL coming to? That hit on Burfict was football, that is the game. It's on the defender to....protect himself at all times. Yes, ya can't stand over a guy like that, but the hit was just football.
Junior Seau ed the game up. You cannot play football all worried about hard hits. Thats like don't knock anyone out in boxing.
Nobody has to play the game. If you are all worried about getting hurt then don't play.
