Hoping D.James falls to the Cowboys at 19
i hope they take derwin. i want minkah to fall to oakland.
james is purely a safety, which the raiders dont really need. minkah has played all over... and spent most of last year playing a LB/Slot corner hybrid. the raiders can find a place for him, but not so much for james. if minkah is gone they'll just go with roquan smith or denzel ward imho
Hoping D.James falls to the Cowboys at 19
it does sound like maurice hurst is going to fall to day 2. he's gonna be a STEAL
If the Browns screw this up they deserve to go 0-16.
Darnold and Chubb (pass rusher), is what a smart team would do.
Lamar Jackson cannot go in the first two rounds, but he will.
Baker Mayfield with $$$$$$$$$$$, I see trouble.
Only way Barkley goes high is if that team is set everywhere else. But that won't be the case.

Mayfield going number 1 is picking up steam and rightfully so.
The biggest day of the NFL season is here.
5'11" mobile white quarterback, with off the field party issues and affluenza... going early to the Browns to be their franchise savior..... hmmmmmmmmmm, when have we seen this before?
going from Manziel to a rich man's Manziel
Comparing Mayfield to manziel is so lazy smh. I forgot ST is terrible when it comes to evaluating QBs. Remember I said Watson was special when y'all were laughing at him too
His NFL comparison is Russell Wilson imo

i dont really buy the manziel/mayfied comparisons at this point...
on the field, their comparisons really end at white and short. mayfield has a stronger arm, is significantly more accurate, and his game isn't reliant on improvisation and launching jump balls to mike evans.
off the field, mayfied does have some concerns regarding to repsecting authority, but he isn't a party animal like manziel was. manziel's downfall ended up being not prioritizing football and chronic substance abuse. those aren't concerns with baker.
my main issue with mayfield is that we've been conditioned to be weary of big 12 quarterbacks who have basically all been bad in recent years, save sam bradford, who is fine, yet always injured.
on the field... he looks similar to wilson, in that he's short but stocky/thick. but he's not nearly the scrambler wilson is. i think comparison wise he's closer to a small tony romo... or a smaller and much less refined andrew luck.
Leaf 3.0
So he's a game manager who's not going to have the stacked team that Struggle has always had to carry him? Yikes.
josh allen is the guy i'd be most afraid of taking, despite having the greatest upside in a qb in a long time. i'd go Darnold - Mayfield - Rosen - Allen among the top 4
I have no idea how Watson wasn't #1. It felt good to be exonerated on det one with Watson just completely being a stud.
I'm high on Mayfield too. Something about the guy is just different.
it feels ing nice to be drafting at the end of the 1st.
he said dumb on the internet while in high school
people digging up the day before the draft just like the laremy tunsil video a couple years ago.
all the rumors are indicating rosen is going to be the last of the 4 to be taken... comes down to who's going to trade up. Arizona or Buffalo? Or nobody moves and he falls to Buffalo at 12
If he falls to 12 (like Kiper predicts), we'll get our franchise QB w/o giving up our smorgasbord of early picks...we'd likely have one down year (2018) then be set for a decade
same thing played out when we just sat and waited and took derek carr in the 2nd round
