Ya need the weights right there staring at you. No drive, no lines, no distractions. You can lift anytime ya want. The only negative is ya can't max out on the bench because it's dangerous lifting alone.
You don't need any gym. No time to be checking out the chicks, no BS with anyone, ya get in and get out. Key word.....routine.
