You failed to post (from the same source) that even though African-born adults have what is a MUCH higher rate of bachelor's degrees, they have a higher rate of living in poverty:

The African born were more likely to live in poverty in 2009 than were the native born and the foreign born overall.
In 2009, a greater share of African immigrants lived in a household with an annual income below the federal poverty line (18.5 percent) than the native born (13.6 percent) and immigrants overall (17.3 percent).

The above percentages seem to indicate that Trump is right: we should be getting letting in the Europeans and South Asians and keeping out the Hondurans, Haitians and Africans. I'm for a merit system - let in those Indians and Chinese who use our welfare system at a MUCH lower rate.
