This is the story with his entire career....he uses a ty defense as the reason for why he loses to Rex Grossman

Saints exposed as frauds today. This is embarrassing
Y'all said it yourselves, the Saints are missing several key defensive players. If their defense was fully healthy it'd be a better game.

Still, Vikings look really damn good.

How ing lucky can you be; the dude is not even facing Brees and he magically tips the ball directly to a Viking

Tbh, that was just insanely terrible luck for Brees on that pick.

Just hope the Vikings don't go into Philly and lay an egg. Last thing anyone wants to see outside NE is Brady play Mariotta, Bortles, and Foles on his way to an easy ring.

Is Case Keenum, someone who got canned by Houston and started the year as #3, that much better(on paper)?

Normal batted balls are. Griffen having his back turned to the play, flinging his hand up aimlessly and magically tipping the ball to Barr isn't.

poor Brees, his extremely mediocre playoff resume is just bad luck
just like all the bad luck he had losing to Rex Grossman

When did I say his entire playoff resume was bad luck? I was only talking about that one play. He's been otherwise today. He's playing like Struggle Wilson, but without the Legion of Boom to carry him.

I’m speaking more in general about how many excuses are always made for Brees when he s the bed in the playoffs.

Brees is only able to move the ball when Payton calls a perfect play where he only needs to throw an easy pass

The way Keenum has played this year, yes. I've always thought he was a pretty good QB regardless, just didn't get a fair shake in Houston after helping them win a playoff game and the Rams were never any good.

Bad play by Keenum. A shorter inc would have given them another play.

And another Vikes fg miss. Having Seattle flashbacks.

How Vikings fans actually think they have an acceptable QB situation is beyond me. This game would be over already if the Vikings had any QB worth a .

Thielen/Diggs give Keenum a ton of room for error, tbh..Thielen is the best white WR I've ever seen and it isn't even close..

That's another potential advantage Minnesota could have against NE, too..not sure if Belichick will be able to concentrate with Thielen on the field, it's his ultimate fantasy
