Not sure I'd characterize Austin as a "fake tough guy" per se, but he is extremely arrogant, and his arrogance is enabled by Coach Dad always giving him tons of minutes that he hasn't earned.
Still, Barnes has been salty about the Clippers since we traded him. And he was quite arrogant himself. For instance, he started running his mouth to the media like we had already won the series when we were up 3-1 on the Rockets, and we all know what happened after that.

Doc is really y and arrogant too, so that's probably where Austin gets it from.

The way he plays is really exaggerated too. His jabsteps, crossovers, and stepbacks are hilarious because of how exaggerated they are. It's like he thinks he's way faster/quicker than he really is.

I don't think it's a coincidence that we're 8-2 without Austin, tbh. Tyrone Wallace and Jawun Evans are getting legitimate minutes and proving that they're better than him. Not really looking forward to him coming back and taking playing time and touches away from players who actually deserve it.
