It's ok except for the pudgy chick who was supposed to be some badass uber space marine.
To many producers these days need to make a social statement instead of making a ing show.

When someone who has read Heinlien, Asimov, Clarke, , Wells, etc gives an opinion about anything sci fi it carries some weight. Same with music, movies, heroic fantasy novels, etc, ok stupid? Why do you struggle so badly with this?

Yeah, I kinda thought that was a bit of an odd casting decision. A Gal Gardot athletic type would have been better.
Still, the actress playing her is pretty good, IMO. I doubt they were making a statement so much as taking the best person for the job.

Except you'll never see a Gal Gadot type as a badass IRL. She's too frail. Maybe a MMA body type would have been better, some tobacco chewing bull with a crew cut and facial hair.
