Problem is in order to do that he needs to have a 40, 20, 10 night or something like that. The other Cavs mostly suck.
Not that big a problem; Boston is really good at home, but they aren't dominant.

Plus or minus is silly. For example, when 5 players play all 48 minutes, plus or minus is meaningless. They all have the same plus or minus. And obviouly the mean plus or minus score of a team is exactly the ammount of points they lost or won the game. Thus players on winning teams have higher plus or minus than players on loosing teams.
When your team loses by 25, and you played a lot of minutes, your plus or minus will be worst than that because you played with role players and that's when the Celtics built their lead. Bonner or Boban, for example had an usually high plus or minus because they played mostly when the Spurs had the lead, and against 2nd and 3rd string players of a lesser team.
Speaking of Lebron, my wet dream is to trade LA for picks and get his salary off the books, which would allow us to extend Kawhi, and sign Lebron. Let Tony, Manu, Davis, and Bryn walk and sign/extend Kyle, Danny, Dedmon, and Rudy.
DJ Kawhi Rudy Lebron and Pau/Dedmon/Kyle/Danny/Patty would be sweet. Pop, would sit back and let Lebron run the offense and ensure they play defense. Use the reg season to delevop our draft picks and build for the future that way.
It would be nerve-racking of course; Manu retires, Tony signs with another team, Rudy and Danny opt out to become free agents, Spurs trade LA on draft day for say 9 to 13th pick. And when you think it's all over, BOOM we sign Lebron and we offer Kawhi the Super Max which he accepts. We bring back Danny and Rudy with longer but very reasonable contracts and sign Dedmon, also to a reasonable contract.
That should put us at around 130mi, above the Luxury Tax Threshold: $123,000,000. So it's not happening, but it's my wet dream

Lebron carries a bunch of scrubs and a puppet coach on his back every night. Getting that exposed in this round is all. Still the best player in basketball.
