Didn't he tear his Achilles? He's finished as a star..
looks like new orleans wont offer the max..
Didn't he tear his Achilles? He's finished as a star..
28 year old (start of an athletic decline for most big men) with an oversized ego, diminishing set of skills and returning from an ACL tear.
He’s one of the very, very few traditional big men that can blend size with a bit of backcourt skills but he’s a franchise crippling contract waiting to happen.
Gambling sites puts the Lakers wih the second best odds to land him, followed by Cleveland fwiw.
I'm surprised NO is being intelligent here..Dell Demps is the same man who signed Solomon Hill to a huge deal based on nothing.
Yeah, he’s toast.
he'll probably still be spending his time making bitter posts on ST...
If Cousin's could put his ego aside...
The number of times I've seen him live at games he has looked amazing. He moved extremely well for his size, had a mul ude of skills he could flourish with.
But he always seems to just check-in an check-out at a drop of a dime.
I wouldn't gamble on him. Some franchise will though, unfortunately.
Golden Corral?
Oops wrong account lol
I don't like Cousins at all, but I still think it's possible he could return to star form. I wouldn't rule it out.
Have u tried paleo diet, d?
I like Cousins very much. He just needs to find a Detroit for his Rasheed Wallace and he will thrive.
Do it Pop (without overpaying).
He should have sat out like Kawhi. Soon most stars will sit out their contract year.
I think Lakers still makes some degree of sense. His at ude/mental stability was already a concern. Add the injury risks, I’m not sure any team will be willing to go four year max with him. If there’s mutual interest with the Lakers, they’d be well served to offer him a two year deal for big money. It might be in the best interest for both sides.
No, does Golden Corral offer that dish?
Talk of Cousins being done is premature given how grounded his game was in the first place. Don't know that I'd want that cancer though.
I didn't like his game healthy. He passes the eye test with flying colors but New Orleans got better without him. They were 21-13 after the injury, 27-21 before it.
Only because they traded for Mirotic. They were 1-5 after the Cousins injury before the Mirotic trade.
I think Cousins will be back in NOLA in a below max deal similar to what Jrue signed this past offseason.
cuz and his agent can ask, doesn’t mean they’ll get it lol
I think he makes sense in HOU. They need some post scoring and playmaking from that position to help against GS. With Harden/CP he would eat and not have to be the star but could be featured in the right match ups.
Cousins hates CP0. Can't imagine him signing up to play with CP0.
