no. That is not what happened. Jason chaffetz leaking classified information happened. Comey had no choice.
I clearly remember that "it was said" in 2016 that Comey went public with the non-indictment of Hillary in June 16 because he knew the NY FBI office HATED Hillary and was going to get her, so Comey had to pre-empt them by breaking FBI protocol ( as in "if no indictment then no FBI comment ) and going on national TV to trash Hillary

We know rogue FBI agents in the NYC field office illegally leaked to help Donald Trump win, but the media won't cover it.
If Horowitz ignores it, his report is without value.

yep, transves e Julie Annie had/has all kinds of contacts with FBI and even hinted, a few days before, at Comey's national trashing of Hillary.

How soon you forget that this was simply the first phase of the report being released. There is much more to come, including the investigation by the OIG into FISA abuse.

What charges are you hoping for from the next report?
Here is how today will go. The MSM will try and downplay the OIG's initial report. A few days will go by and the 500 page report will be reviewed line by line and the MSM will be forced to report on how damning it is.
