Trump Organization will be found to have been a money laundering and fraud outfit.
The "first in" buyers of his condos always were anonymous LLCs (dirty money). Trump and family get involved, fraudulently lure unsuspecting investors to buy into project to sweeten deal, and hopefully make some money. The "developer" partner then pays money to "construction company" (to clean it) to build the project, but the projects rarely get to completion, often by design.
Trump takes his cut upfront from luring in the suckers, the dirty money lets developer keep innocent investors money, and the mafia et all get clean money from seeming legit, albeit failed, real estate development.
That is the main "core competency" of Trump's business, i.e. looking the other way, fraud, and self-dealing. The Foundation was symptomatic of that rot, and will NOT be the last shoe to drop.
Trump Organization records WILL be dragged into court, where the will see the light of day.
