NBA History is just as much about the deals you don't make as the ones you do.
    Kerr declining the Knicks.
Dubs refusing to trade Klay for Love.
OKC not willing to pay max to harden (when now they will offer it to PG?!!)

NBA landscape is littered with teams benefiting from or being buried by deals not made ...

warriors would be the absolute worse fit for dwight. nevermind the fact kd has publicly called him a pussy but imagine his sensitive ass being grilled by draymond ON the court everytime donkey wants to.

he’d probably quit mid season and demand another trade.

I think he’d be a great fit for Hapoel BC.

My prediction is he doesn’t get another NBA gig.

If he is willing to play for what he is worth (not much), he will sign somewhere.

nah, the fact that he agreed to a buyout this quick is an indication that he’s already agreed to a shake hand deal. which team is just anyone’s guess. he’s not going to retire at this stage, he has two dozen kids to feed.

People are going to forget how completely dominant Howard was at his peak due to the disaster that his career has been since leaving Orlando
It was also how he played out his time in Orlando that made a lot of people sick. He kept playing up the idea that he had not made up his mind about leaving or staying constantly for media attention. Prima donna to his core. Then of course once he flamed out in Los Angeles that was basically all she wrote. They loved him in Orlando. But I think he looked at himself kind of like Shaq. He wanted to make his mark with a bigger market. Things could not have gone worse for him.
