Those were gas chambers. Couple dozen Mexicans died before the USG thought better of it. Nazis noticed that too, but they were somehat less sqeamish about the result.

My family perished in and also survived, left and created family from a Nazi WORKING camp. The concentration camps were reserved for extermination.

That's not accurate.
There were thousands of concentration camps in occupied Europe during WWII, a fraction of those were labor camps, and only six were extermination camps.
Only one of those things is true.
The US is currently running concentration camps.

That doesn't sound like very many, but I believe the fast track for deporting people with criminal records was honed during the administration of Trump's predecessor. We already have a system for that.

It's weird for Nathan to include conservative hyperbole ("Take away our guns!") on his list but maybe he couldn't think of anything else.
A concentration camp didn't have to be Treblinka or Sobibor to be a concentration camp then, and they don't now either. There were a wide variety of camps.

Obviously I'd dispute the equivalence of your examples but that's irrelevant. What makes my comment different is the simultaneous push for getting rid of guns while pushing the narrative that the president is Hitler and the government is currently running concentration camps. It's the combination of the two that matters. Not just some point you've deemed incorrect.
Back on topic, if the point of detaining Central American refugees is to deter others, that amounts to collective punishment of civilians detained without legal process.
The overcrowding is horrific. In some facilities people have no space to sit or lie down for weeks. We feed them spoiled food; we deny them soap, toothpaste and blankets.
