Disagree. The winning generations in the future will be battle tested with natural covid immunity. The losing ones will be on 4 monthly boosters and beetus type 2 forever.
Sacrifice other peoples kids now, en masse, without protection and mitigation measures fully within our reach, for a glorious future with natural immunity at some unspecified future time.

by hater's reasoning, no one should be protected from disease at any time, because natural immunity and survival of the fittest are preferable.

I haven't seen the studies, I'm sure they'll be ongoing. The cohort of infected kids is about to get much bigger. ~520 kids have died so far.

I'm not saying that's what has happened, I'm saying that's now a possibility with Delta and a mass return to in-person schooling --without proper testing and mitigation -- during a period of rampant community transmission.

Nobody anywhere has said that vaccines 100% protect you from getting it. Why do you and Derpin need to constantly be spoon fed this same info over and over?
I'm not advocating for shutting down schools, I'm advocating for more testing and more protection. COVID will take care of shutting down schools, it's already doing that.

Insaid goodnluck w that. Most parents wont allow school nurses to stick sticks up their elementary kids. And if they send the test home the parent most likely will stick it up theirs.
