I missed it the first time around. Ended up watching it on DVD and I didn't think it was that great. Is the 3D aspect worth going to see on its own?

I don't recall it being a must-see. I recall the glowing floating stuff in the forest looking cool but that's about it.

We just went to a standard theater and it wasn't anything special. Although I will say, it's way better than watching it on DVD which I did about 10 years ago.
I can definitely see how IMAX would have made it pretty awesome. Watching it in a normal theater, all I could thing about was the boundaries. The walls, ceiling, etc. Honestly, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs was better 3D in that environment.

I agree with those that say its worth it in IMAX. I've seen many movies in 3D and it's the only one I really enjoyed.

There's really no way to know that. It's not like National Pancake Day.

I haven't had lunch with James Cameron lately but....
This noise seems to be the most reliable yet.

that.. IMAX or FOH. On an unrelated note, we just saw Smile and it was surprisingly good. We did the VIP at our local theater and had then sending up beers right to us too
