You can take those statement as opinions,.but ill repeat, no one on this team is good enough to lead the locke room so the culture is stoned pop and georgi deng . Culture is not some magic thing. For reasons known only to him duncan forgave tony for various ups and that triggers people to this day.
Its pretty uncontroversial to say the spurs need both leadership and talent. Culture is like the third thing.
I was more referring to instances where a woman swings away and the man holds her back at arms length then gets charged with assault because she bruised herself from whaling away.

Not all arrested men are guilty and "causing injury and needing medical assistance" is vague...We do'nt know what kind of injury she had or how it happened. Not saying he didn't beat her but I just don't know enough out of one incomplete article, and I need to hear Forbes (or his lawyer postion or more precisions) to making definitive judgments... Women are the first assaulting somtimes, yes it happens, and injuries occur in the confusion.
But if he beat indeed the girl, then he'll have to pay for that.

Perhaps that is not what you intended to mean, js, that's how it came off.No mention of witnesses or something, the article just says "upon their arrival" at home, so I presume that's what the complainant told the cop.
Again, I'll stand for beaten women but my point is it might be a bit premature to declare the guy guilty without at least his version or more information.
You're right though, that does happen. But generally if the cops show up and the woman has to get medical treatment, the guy probably did hit her

There were rumors that Milwaukee would with sign him to one of their open spots but they much have been sick of him too. No way he comes to SA if he had a spot lined up. Even if Milwaukee wanted to wait until after the all star break to save a fraction of luxury tax I can't imagine him not being there in Milwaukee to get set up
