Some posters have said celtics by 30, and I agree, but its probably closer to 40 especially if Pop throws out some funky lineups or sits Wemby. Some records may be broken tonight. It isn't going to be pretty.

Poor Wemby forced to play reduced minutes. Wemby or not Boston far superior in everyway but it's sux grampaw Pop doesn't understand a 19 yr old has infinite energy.
Traded White for Wesley,. a swap that may never happen, and a bunch of Wieskamp seconds.
Very few appreciated him when he was here, most of all the Spurs. From refusing to play him as a rookie when it was clear to anyone watching that he was at worst their 4th best guard if not already their 3rd, from benching him against the nuggets when he was the whole reason they made the playoffs and made it a series ... From naming Dejounte the starter without having to earn it ... Then limiting his minutes to under 24 a game because ??? I guess they didn't want him to play at 2 or 3 ... To trading him for crumbs.
Meanwhile Pop was in love with Dejounte who couldn't wait to stick the dagger in and dump all over the franchise, while simple, humble, loyal Derrick was unwanted and doesn't act like Dejounte.

Derrick White is 29 years old. Can complain about the trade but he's not anywhere near this timeline.
Wouldn't have Wemby without letting go of DW and DJ tbh. But yeah love seeing DW flourish with the Celtics, he's their 4th option and averaging a career high 17 PPG, pretty crazy. Would love to see him on this team but again it wouldn't be possible. Trading DW and DJ was the best thing PATFO has done in a very long time.
White will be 30 in July.
