It really really seems like out of all the nba teams -
spurs have the worst 3 pt shooters....
How is it possible that we have assembled a team of NBA athletes this poor at shooting to surround our generational talent.
It’s arguable that, yes, they do have the worst.
The Spurs currently rank 9th in 3pt attempts per game, and 28th in 3pt %. Their ability to make is nowhere close to the number they attempt.
By comparison, the Celtics are #1 in 3pt attempts, and tied for 5th in %. That’s a good enough % of makes to justify a high volume.
Well, they were assembled before we got our generational talent and their poor shooting (and defense) is the reason we got Wemby.
