I have no clue which Raptors games you were watching. Anthony Parker ALWAYS took the most difficult perimeter defensive assignment and they decided that playing a 29 year old rookie out of position (Garbajosa) was better than Graham.
Graham is a less smart version of Devin Brown.

06/28/06: The Toronto Raptors picked up the 2007-2008 team option on Joey Graham's contract for $2,449,184.
If we picked up the same option on Beno last year then this shouldn't surprise you.
