    Agree with OP

I also think Valentina is better than tapatio when it comes to cheap bottle hot sauces

I enjoy Yucateco Habanero sauce. Cholula hot sauce is for gringos.
My . El Yucateco is great on pork and chicken. Surprisingly bad on eggs though.

You ought to try it with scrambled eggs or on tostadas....
I think nothing touches a good salsa verde on eggs. Char up some tomatillos and serranos, blend with a little garlic, white onion, and chicken stock and the is outstanding on scrambled or even better sunny side up eggs.

Cholula was my my favorite before I discovered Valentina and to a lesser extent Yucateco. Yucateco absolutely has the best flavor (the green one being the best), but I'm not always in the mood for that level of heat even though I can take it. Valentina is definitely the go to. Burritos, rice bowls, eggs, and everything else. If it's taqueria style tacos you gotta go with Yucateco, though...

Sometimes Bufalo is cool but it tastes kind of like a mix of hot sauce and ketchup to me. Interesting for sure and awesome on some things.

I've never tried it with either. Mostly because for the longest time I thought it was all ranch. I might try bleu cheese dressing next time. Do you know if bleu cheese dressing is made with either mayo or ranch? Because I hate both of those. I like bleu cheese.

I don't know what it is about ranch but it makes me gag. One Saturday several years ago, my daughter woke me up at like 8 AM. She dropped a jar of ranch on the kitchen floor and wanted me to clean it up. Yes...for some reason, she was going to eat chips and ranch at 8AM. I gagged the whole time I was trying to clean that up.

Yeah they both include mayo, so you probably won't like it either.. The only one I really like is the one from Wingstop, and if you're doing a wing night at the house it's worth stopping by and picking up a pint of it because that bottled tastes completely different
