It runs great on Nvidia. For AMD it's ing horrible, GTX 960 beats the R9 290x at 1080p.

Is this game OpenGL? That would explain the sucking on AMD cards, but that should be fixed when they release the patch to support Vulkan.

It depends on what you want out of the game I suppose. I don't care for the story really, I mean we kinda know what the story of Doom is, demons entering our realm thru Mars etc. But the gameplay is fun and entertaining. It's pretty violent and gorey so it's definitely worth it for that. Also feel it's pretty fast paced compared to most FPS campaigns ive played. There are times when there's mother ers everywhere and you're just beating dudes to a pulp trying to survive. As far as MP goes, it seems kinda like a lamer version of Halo 5 tbh

It's a fun throwback game. The glory kills get repe ive after a while but weapons are pretty good. Kinda tempted to just console and get all weapons so I can run amok tbh.
