I’m as much team Jak as anyone, but a top 2 protected pick is a massive overpay. The Spurs asking price was 2 FRPs, no protection limits stated. Indy currently has #24 and #30, and if they weren’t set at center, those would meet the price.

from a pure gameplay perspective, ragnarok is clearly superior. also bigger, has more things to do, significantly better enemy/boss variety. but it clearly stands on the shoulders of 2018 (as it should, thats how you make a masterful sequel). but i also felt 2018 had better pacing. story was...

I've never played the game, but I'm two episodes into TLOU and two people that I thought were going to be primary characters have already died.

I like the direction in your thinking with the 2nd rounders, but Boston sees the predicament we're in and isn't offering all that much of equal value for Poeltl. He could be a real difference maker for the C's, what we get back not so much. I think they know they have a bit of an advantage here...

In theory, those places would help with technical training with skills, but even if they were able to do that, I have doubts how much they would help with working in a normal team environment and accepting proper coaching and things like that.

I take those to mean he’s OK paying the tax if they make an actual upgrade (OG, Collins). I’m less convinced he’s happy paying it to keep their status quo or making a minor deal (like this one) if it doesn’t also help their tax situation.
