Although Oden is technically a rookie, he's had the benefits of working out with NBA trainers for the past year. He looks way bigger and stronger than when he was drafted, this is why I think he has an advantage.

i think he could. if the blazers make a serious run in the regular season, that would definitely have some influence on the voters.

Tough call. I'm going to go with Oden, just because I think the Blazers are going to be possibly a top 6 playoff team in the West next year. But they may do co-ROY with him and Beasley or Rose.
