call in, ask to speak with the retention department. say you can get at& t cheaper. i got $20 off monthly, $5 cinemax/HBO for one year, and free RR Turbo (DL DVDs off usenet in 45 mins at 1.5MB). i pay $125 a month now but had to agree to stay for 2 years. (i've got HD service and HD DVR too, even though those technically don't cost more)

I have cable because I have to pay for cable in order to get Cable Modem.

$30 down the drain every month.

TW is definitely over priced but its a good service. Call them and complain about the pricing and they will most likely set up up.

I really dont have too bad of a deal, but cable is still expensive.

But try and get them to fix a technical problem. And you will get the same old excuses that cable companies used 30 years ago. It's your TV. That is why I switched to Direct TV and then to ATT. ATT give you excellent and I do mean excellent support in all areas. Up to and including sending someone out pronto if need be. No way would I go back to TW or either dish. I like my U-verse.

I had U-Verse and had 2 of my 3 boxes fail and 2 of my 3 remote controls fail. They wouldn't come out and fix it so I dropped then. I still have the equipment, since October because they can't come pick it up or send me a box to return it.

:lol I have Dish Network and hate it. Everytime it rains/snows it goes out or loses its signal temporarily! :pctoss

Dish Sucks move to Direct TV much Much better. Cheaper too.:toast
