Panel needed, more than one person with equal power. 3 to make decisions would be ideal in my opinion.

Yeah I read that, here's the quote that gets me:

???????

Engineer of what????

Can I be your assistant Mr. Army Major???

I too have been a lifelong fan (obviously the qualifying statement) of basketball.
