Um, Seattle and Utah are both currently in the NW division. The probably won't change it since that division is already scattered to hell and back, timezone-wise (Portland/Seattle - PST Utah/Denver - MST Minny - CST).

I know of no other business that expects the public to pay for their accomodations. I remember the days of Downtown Freddy Brown, Slick Watts, DJ, Gus Williams and Jack Sikma.
