TNT will announce the 2005 NBA All-Star Game starting lineup this Thurs., Feb. 3, during its special one-hour TNT NBA Tip Off Presented by Nokia pre-game show, during which TNT's John Thompson will take a "time-out" with San Antonio Spurs center Tim Duncan.
