David Lee 6'9 249 PF, makes 1.7 mil this year and 2.8 next year for the trade exception. We know D'Antoni doesnt favor him and it can help the Knicks reduce some payroll

totally agree with you, have been singing his praises since I first noticed his hops in the rookie v sophomore game just over a year ago. The guy runs the floor well, is athletic and has the right attitude to the game. He is definitely worth that money over Bonner, maybe throw in Bonner with a 2nd round draft pick and cash considerations.

Bonner is a hustle guy. He is also a Big who can give you outside shooting. He would be a nice addition and offer mismatches in DAntoni's system.

I agree with you about Bonner having little trade value, but stranger things have happened. You pat my back now and I may be able to pat yours later. Hmmmm it is by no means on the same scale, but you could easily describe the Gasol trade as a pathetic offering. But more importantly I think it is pathetic to criticise without coming back with a proposal of your own.
