I tried PMing Slomo and no answer is he still alive? So many people have pass away in the last 3 weeks you can never tell.

Anyway if Slomo or anyone with photo shop reads this can you find me a nose?

This man has a picture that was damaged during a flood and I am trying to semi make it look better. But fixing the nose is not easy. He just called me to say his wife is not black.

here is his photo...................

This is where I tried to fill in some of the damage but it's not easy to fill in a nose unless i haver a nose to work with.

I think the problem was the nostril/shadow area on the left was too far away from the midline of the nose. Hopefully this looks more like it was suppose to.

you'll need to "right-click/save" this since I can't guarantee how long I'll leave it up.

Here's something you might be able to use. I didn't bother correcting the colors/water damage since all you needed was the shape and outline of the nose. You can cut out the nose and blend it into the rest of your image. I'm not sure if the nose is true to the original, but you can't see it behind the damaged area, so I used my expertise at tracing boobies and applied it to the nose.

I can try, but I'm not sure if I remember. :lol

Well, first I tried to visualize the nose behind the damaged area. I looked at the shadow (which wasn't covered by that white mess), and used that as a guide. Then I used the Clone Stamp Tool to cover the damaged area (I sampled the bridge of the nose, I think). Using the Brush tool, I painted in her right nostril, and cleaned up the area around it. Basically, using the Clone Stamp Tool, the Brush Tool, the Burn Tool, and the Blur Tool, I attempted to remove the damaged area while filling in the area which I visualized at the beginning. Also, I added some white color to the tip of her nose to match the lighting effect on her husband's nose. I didn't bother matching/blending skin tones since you are better off doing that while cleaning up the rest of the water damage.

After seeing that second image you posted in The Club, I'm not sure if I got the nose right, but I think it's close enough.

I enjoyed reading and looking at this thread.
Let us know if he was happy, and what does one charge for doing a job like this?

You might want to de-pink her left nostril and reduce that dark area between her left nostril and the tip of her nose. Just blend it a bit more, if you want. Anyway, I'm glad it worked out. :toast

Did you really get paid for that? Interesting.

And I cannot accept your money--it goes against my Slacker ways.
