University police arrested Percy Miller (aka Master P) and Vyshonn Miller (aka Silkk the Shocker) on Jan. 27 for carrying concealed firearms. Police stopped the Millers' 2005 Chrysler 300M on Gayley Avenue near Landfair Avenue 20 minutes before midnight for not having a license plate. The Millers were arrested after authorities saw one gun near the driver's seat and found a second gun in the car after ordering all four occupants out of the car. The Millers were held and released on $35,000 bail.
