Actually, we want to go from a King size to Queen. I've looked everywhere and the mattresses we want Serta Plush run about $589 for the set.

They sell mattresses at Big Lots now. I can't say exactly but I think they are Serta; anyway they look nice, but I've never checked them out close up.

Why do you want a smaller bed?

Costco or Sams has great deals....

We've been looking for some used furniture for our spare bedroom... why do people think they can sell used mattresses for damn near full price? Who in the shit wants a used mattress?

We bought a queen size bed that they are going to deliver on Monday.
We wanted a little bit more room in the bedroom.
I promised my nephew our 6 year old King Size mattress not realizing how expensive a new set would be. Oh, well! That way I learn!

I just went to Big Lots.com and I they have some pretty good deals on Serta mattresses. Thanks! :toast

You're welcome. Oh and sorry for being so nosey, :oops But I sleep alone (most of the time ;)) in a king and it sure would be a difficult adjustment to give up any space!

Isn't there a Billy Bob's commercial thread?
You could try them.

As mentioned above Big Lots sells Serta and you will not find brand new mattress/box springs anywhere cheaper for a name brand.
