I was kind of hoping for Horry, but Malik worked them on the boards, and the "D" improved enough. I guess if 'Lik gets enough offensive rebounds, they can't run like they were doing.

103-91.

TP, Manu and Malik take over for the strong finish.

TP with 22 points, Malik 19, Tim and Manu 17 each. unofficially. 9 assists for TP.

Spurs shoot 90 % from the FT line (18-20)

Yup, if you are up by twenty-five and you loose then you deserve to loose, they shouldn't need Tim Duncan with a twenty-five point head-start...

Eva Longoria shown in crowd sitting next to her date (not Tony) :)who sez TP sucks when Longoria watches the Spurs game live? He is clearly the best player tonight. :lol

Good game for Malik too.

He's resting.

Let him rest.

The rest of the team created the hole. Let them get out of it. THEY DID.

Magic Johnson on TNT propping up the Spurs Mgmt., RC Buford. Man, you've done a wonderful job.

Devin, Mass, Udrih, Barry, etc. added to the mix.

Also giving props to Coach Pop for stopping and calling Timeout after Barry messed up with the bad alley oop for Devin.

What the fuck?

All these threads are made up by different posters.

THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.

We all have different minds and opinions.

Duh.

AHG... *sigh*

Now I have another reason to hate you other than the fact that you're an aggie.

YOU FUCKING POST TOO MANY POINTLESS THREADS!!!!!!!!

boutons
02-04-2005, 01:30 AM
Damn that Malik, he's as inconsistent as the Spurs. Chump to champ to ....

When he passed to a fan in the 3rd row, I could just see 300 posts here!!

It was kinda cool, but fake, for the Spurs to collapse from +28, let LAL get within single digits, and then be pseudo-tough to open up the lead in crunch time.

lol, relax guys, I was just having fun with the Eagles jersey business.

As for the threads, they were independent discussions. I guess you like having 8 different subjects being discussed in one thread?

Eva Longoria shown in crowd sitting next to her date (not Tony)

Eva was sitting with her co-stars from desperate housewives. Sean mentioned how she was jumping up every time Tony made a basket...Hmm, maybe she should be at all games.

Kori Ellis
02-04-2005, 02:08 AM
She was also jumping every time that any other Spur made a basket. She's a Spurs fan. She's been at every nationally televised Spurs game this season; she's never been at just a locally broadcasted one though.

And that, again, ends the Eva discussion.

Thanks.

god peeps.

Would you lay the fuck off the dumbshit Eva BS.

Its gotten almost as equally inane as hearing hourly reports on Terrel Owen's life.

I was at the game and a very short distance away from Eva Longoria. She got there in the 3rd quarter and the first thing she did was get TP's attention and say hi. Then she saw her Desperate Housewives co-star and ran to him, he picked her up in a bear hug and spun her around. She brought him down to sit with her behind the player's bench.

She was cheering for all the players, not just TP. But TP was definitely more of a ballhog once she got there, and he snuck out of timeouts to talk to her more than once.

Kori Ellis
02-04-2005, 03:57 AM
I am just sick of all the Eva Longoria gossip and updates. Neither she nor Tony Parker have come out and said they are an item. So I'd prefer just to leave the rest to ET and the Nat'l Enquirer.

so missmyzte you had a good time, huh?

horry played okay but outsmarted by malik last night. were you kind of disappointed when Duncan came back in the 3rd?

missmyzte
02-04-2005, 10:29 PM
Yes, I had a great time. I was very happy for Malik, he seemed so disappointed before the game when I was talking with him. He joked about having only 3 highlights so far this entire season. When he was going to the locker room at half-time I told him, "You've got some highlights tonight," which made him smile.

NO, I was not AT ALL disappointed to see Duncan return. All of Staples Center applauded when he came back to the court, no good fan likes to see a player get injured regardless of which team they are on.

I thought I saw MistiLynn (based on Missmyzte's pic) at the game last night. Behind the baseline near the Spurs' bench. When TP went after a ball o/b, the KRRT broadcast had a view of the seats in the "endzone". Was that you MistiLynn or was that someone else who looked like you?

missmyzte
02-04-2005, 11:37 PM
Yeah, that was probably me. I'm watching a tape of the game from TNT and I was able to see myself, I was in the 4th row next to the Spurs tunnel behind the basket, 3rd seat in. Blonde hair and I was wearing a blue shirt.

Solid D
02-05-2005, 12:08 AM
Yeah, that was probably you then, at the end of the row in the corner a few rows up.

Expensive seats, too. You're a great fan and I'm sure Robert and the Spurs appreciate your support.

who half the fans want to trade and the other half want to make MVP.

I havent heard one person say Rasho Nesterovic should be MVP.

Hes just not as horrible as everyone makes him out to be.

Wow, what a neat site you got there Misti. I still don't understand how you combine Lakers vs. Spurs on one url. That should be against the Microsoft code and should cause the www to shut down. Where is the link to the greatest basketball site in the world? Which one? Oh........ fullsportpress.com.

Get with the program.

Journalistic dramatic license, I was making a point as to the polarity of opinions when it comes to Rasho.
