I'd go with Robert Horry. It never fails that in every game he takes some poor shots, commits a couple dumb fouls, and gets his ass handed to him in the paint. Lest we forget that his clutchness is gone.

A close second is Radoslav Nesterovic. Despite his weak play in the paint (my God Spurs fans the Spurs have a starting center that had to be put through dunking drills) he still does not receive the proper loathing that he deserves. Tim Duncan is not well served when he's the guy counted on to do the dirty work on the boards.

Emanuel Ginobili gets an honorable mention due in no small part to the Manu Mob™. He's good for throwing the ball away a few times every game as well as some boneheaded defensive moves every game.

I really don't think any of our guys are overrated. How do you have overrated people when you are the best team in the league.

Put us at .500 like the T-Wolves and then maybe we can talk.

All our players are solid and execute their roles very well.

That's why we are who we are.

When Parker gets legitimate 3-point to 18 foot range he is going to be the best PG in the league.

Manu's TOs aren't a concern. 2.2 per game? He and TP are the primary ball-handlers and they're both very aggressive at taking the ball inside. Manu's the reason the Spurs don't bog down more often. He's a playmaker and a high efficiency player (2nd best efficiency rating on the Spurs, next to Tim). What boneheaded defensive moves did you see versus the Lakers last night?

I'm going to go with Rose. He's either vastly overrated or underrated on this forum...I don't think many people have a good sense of what his true value is.

Some in this forum seem to think that Malik could start on a lot of other team and put up 18 and 10. Others think he should be playing in the CBA. He's not as good or as bad as most make him up to be, in my opinion.

So while I think he's also underrated, i think he's overrated, too.

SPARKY

SPARKY watches Spurs games and even the Mighty Manu is falliable. Hence the routine move by Pop during games, the piroette while his face is red and cheeks are puffed as he sits down in a huff after Manu threw the ball at someone's feet on a break instead of backing it out and running the offense. Also it would be nice if he was able to average 35 instead of 25 minutes or whatever a game. For such a great player that is subpar.

Actually most of the non-US Spurs players tend to be overrated in this forum by the fans from their home countries. But don't worry Manu Mob™, the Slovene love for Radosoft is far worse than your Manu love.

all of the critique of these guys, comeing froma Malik Rose homer, is hilarious seeing as he is much worse at handling the ball than those guys.

Classic hypocrisy.

nor Nesterovic is, but I think that after some threads against Tony (cf Udrih>Parker) and a lot of threads against Rasho, you could argue that Ducks may have chosen well the two players out of the list. Do you realy intended to vote for Parker anyway?
I can understand that Manu fans want to rank him better than Tony, but I think it is really stupid. Tony and Manu just have a good relationship, their kind of competition is good for their game and for the Spurs. We have the luck that they are both smart players who can play together without any kind of selfishnes, they are team players, that is why they are different from players such as Tmac or Kobe who act like divas.
