If Shockey stays healty for once this is a DAMN good trade. Both the coach and QB know how to use a good TE.

2nd and a 5th is too much for an overhyped te who runs his mouth and has a bad attitude. He will help in the passing game, but hurt them pretty much everywhere else.

This a great trade for both teams on paper. But will Shockey be a cancer in N.O. too? Probably.

Shockey isnt overhyped. He is a great TE and will run over defenders. Yes he has a bad attitude and talks way too much, but that can be fixed....I hope.

He also has a penchant for injuries.

But, if he stays healthy, he'll really help New Orleans's offense. It will help with the double teaming of Colston.
