We could have used Barnes and some other free-agents who decided to sign with other team. are players realizing that the Spurs aren't the class of the NBA anymore? maybe we're turning into the Utah Jazz.. no one wants to play for us.

Whats with all the trolls? Mavs had their chance and they choked. Your team also lost their identity after giving away Harris for Kidd. No one is scared of the Mavs. They obviously choke under pressure and seeing them last season they looked lost out there. If any team is on the decline its yours lol. If i were u i'd spend more time worrying about your team then ours.

Yours and ours? Earth to moron neither you nor I play in the NBA...wake the fuck up idiot. Also, if any team is on the decline its the Spurs...all you have is Manu, Duncan and Parker...Duncan and Manu are already on the downward slope and Parker is sure to follow in 2-3 years. I predict the Mavs beat the Spurs 3-1 this year in the season series if not 4-0 :elephant

Isn't it a case of players going to where the money is? SA can't offer big money contracts right now correct?

San Antonio is not LA but you need not live there year round if that's not your thing. If I want to play for a winner, SA would definitely be one of my destinations.

Yes, least these players not think about "How much money?", "How many years?" "How many minutes?" How many touches?" Etc.

Let me get this straight - is there really that much smack among the 3 Texas cities that Amarelooms has to dis San Antonio? Why don't you enlighten those of us not familiar with San Antonio - why is it so mediocre in your eyes? I've heard nothing but good things about the city of the Alamo, and hope to visit it in the near future.

Yeah my team as the team I fuckin root for dumbass. The team thats in MY fuckin city. If I remember right the Hornets sent you guys packing and then we sent them packing. In my honest opinion we shouldn't even have beat them. With Manu injured and him being a key part of everything we do and we still managed to beat them. Its called "the heart of a champion". Somethin' the Mavs know shit about. 4rings and 0 rings hmmm. Keep hating lol.

Mavericks owner doesn't even like Mavs anymore. That's why he's trying to buy the Cubbies. Don't expect your team to get much better any time soon. Cuban will be concentrating on baseball if he gets his wish. He a glutton for punishment, wants to own two loser teams. I'll admit that I know next to nothing about Dallas as a city, but the six years I lived in that cesspool called Houston was six years too many. It took that long to get transfered to SA, and I proudly wore my Spurs gear to every Rockets/Spurs game while there. I'm retired now, but one of my good friends from work got transferred to Dallas about 3 months ago and absolutly hates everything about it. He said he'd rather live in the worst part of SA than the best part of Dallas.

Mavericks didnt even get past 1st round. Did u remember BIGGEST UPSET IN NBA HISTORY..DALLAS LOST BY GS? How come 1st position getting slaughtered by 8th rank, Mavs must sucks so bad in order to do that. This year Mavs did same thing....I havent seen Dallas sign anybody significant this summer as well..no money left? Or made too many mistakes on trade? u decide.

Team in decline? Spurs almost always in Finals and being contender,if not winning championships. Sure they miss one or two Finals, but lets compare it with Dallas. Dallas? they get lucky in one year, after that u know the fact. Every single year SA is in the contenders mix, every analyst will get amen for this. Beside:lobt2: :lobt2: :lobt2: :lobt2: speak for themselves. Lets do the math 4 > 0.

I agree on Spurs is so calculative when it comes to money, and always work with secrecy. SA is so calculative when it comes to sign players. I admit I hate that, although I understand that I might didnt know the whole story, they must have strong calculation behind their picks, at least i hope so..

Yeah, how crazy is it to think that the constant Spurs could ever have a chance beating:

Dallas: A team that has lost in the first round two straight times. One as a 67 game winning first place team to the 8th seed.

NO: Who we just beat in a seven game series.

Utah: Who we've beaten twice, murdered twice, in the playoffs.

PHX: Who we've knocked out of the playoffs, not once, not twice, not three times but four times since 2003.

Yeah, how dare I think such "fucked up" things. :lmao

Unless someone forgot to tell me Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker are no longer on this team, we are still in pretty damn good shape.

I'm anticipating your clever and astute response.

Considering that the 'Spurs are boring' statement gets brought up only when all other arguments have failed, that doesn't say a lot about your take, does it? :lol

considering that it is true, is kinda why i posted it

In other words, you've run out of arguments to make and are clinging to that statement as if it can magically make everything you've said beforehand correct. :lol

I'm done arguing with a guy who resorts to name calling in order to try to win an argument, get some valid points kid

All my points are valid, if simple name calling is keeping you from rationally and logically retorting to said points, well, I can't help you then.

Seriously, answer my not so difficult questions. It's not that hard. No need to change the subject or go off on a tangent.

Did nobody, in three pages, post the fact that Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker and Bruce Bowen want to play for the Spurs, and that's kind of all that matters?
