I already have a wireless phone, Can I use it with Pocket service?
CDMA phones are able to be flashed and used on the Pocket network.

SOME FEEDBACK

I WENT WITH AN OLD SPRIT PHONE, I UNDERSTAND POCKET USES SPRINT'S TOWERS FOR TRANSMISSION, THE CON'S YOU CANNOT USE THE PICTURE TEXT MESSAGING OR THE WEB ACCESS. UNLESS YOU BUY ONE OF THIER PHONES

SO I WAS GOING TO BUY A PHONE THEY HAD ON THE WEB THAT DOES THE FEATURES I WANTED AND GUESS WHAT, THEY DO NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK AND NO LONGER MAKE THAT PHONE (STILL BEING FEATUED ON THEIR WEBSITE) :rolleyes

LONG STORY SHORT WE WENT WITH VERIZON FAMILY PLAN:wakeup

I have Pocket. I've had about four months. No complaints. As you mentioned, if you travel out of SA alot, then maybe this is not for you right now. But I love paying $41 a month for unlimited everything. I don't have to worry about minutes, pic or txt messages. I have had no problems with the reception more importantly. I am very pleased. I had Verizon and if I wanted unlimited everything, I would have had to pay $119 plus tax.

No thanks obviously. $41 sounded better than $119 plus.....

I use Cricket myself and I think they actually have a bigger calling area than Pocket and it is just as cheap. Unlimited everything, I pay $84 for my wife and me.
