I think your predictions are skewed towards wins by about +10 or so. There's 256 wins and 256 losses (not including ties) to distribute - 32 teams times 16 decisions per team.

Anyway, there's not enough losses on there to justify 11 ten-plus win teams. You might want to double check your math.
