I'm skeptical about buying it since all the extra guitars and shit will clotting my house up, but that setlist is too good to pass up.

It seems like there's quite a few songs that are also on Rock Bank 1 & 2. I've already got a bunch of RB songs downloaded so RB2 wins by default for me. Got some pretty good songs on there, though. Maybe one of my friends can get this so we can alternate fake band parties between the two houses lol

It was sucking ass until I saw Rebel Yell, then it got way better from then on. When does it come out?

Some long songs on there. It's going to be frustrating getting through 7 minutes only to lose on the solo and have to start over...

To borrow from Simon Cowell

"Horrible, absolutely horrible."

"That was absolutely, 100%, a categorical 'NO'."

"This is not 'Magician Idol', but I would like you to disappear"

"That was 1.5 out of 10 at most. If I was to say it was 'mediocre', it would be the best compliment that's ever been paid."

"It's exactly identical to a nightmare I had last week."

"I was a horrible, horrible song choice. It was a horrible, horrible presentation. There was nothing redeeming about it other than that we stopped it early."

"My pen has got more charisma."

"Even your dog is struggling to get out of the room right now. He's saying 'Adopt me, Simon! Don't make me go back!'"

either you have too much free time to be looking up simon quotes for a thread, or you have memorized them to use in a situation such as this.

Why because it doesn't have Foreplay/Longtime?

Haha my buddy and I like to point out songs that we think would be fun on Guitar Hero / Rock Band - A a couple of ours are on this list.

Seriously, Sting?

Yup, he came out with a song or two. I loved it during the NWO saga arc, whenever the members of the NWO (hulk, razor, nash, macho man) would get all cocky in the right and start spray painting stuff, the lights would go out and all of a sudden sting would appear out of nowhere with a baseball bat, the NWO would shit their pants and throw the most horrible acting job, the didn't even look geniunely scared, it was hilarious.

Why because it doesn't have Foreplay/Longtime?

Mainly because of cheap ass song selection... seriously, TWO Hendrix songs and neither one of them are Star Spangled Banner Woodstock Version or Voodoo Child? Failure. Inevitably I am going to be in the presence of people playing this game simply because it's a party game and 3 out of 10 people that go to my school are going to own it. If I'm going to put up with watching people fool themselves into thinking they can play guitar, I'd rather it be an artist's best songs, or a song that's more of a party song than a chill song. This game is and always will be a glorified mixtape.

Inb4 legions of people come in here and tell me to throw anyone I know that plays GH under the bus if it makes me so angry.

serious question, can you still play just the guitar part with the new game, or do you have to get all the instruments? i already have GH3 for the wii and i really dont feel like spending money to get the other instruments.

Do you mean you only want the game plus the new guitar or just the game and you'll use the guitar you already have?

Yea, you can buy the game by itself, you don't need to buy all the instruments.

Yup. Here it is for the Wii, though I can confidently say you're gonna miss out if you pass on the drums.

And just for confirmation that the guitar will work.

IGN: Will Guitar Hero World Tour be compatible with the guitar that was sold with Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock?

Karthik: Yes, absolutely! Anyone who bought the Les Paul guitar (with GHIII Wii or the upcoming GH Aerosmith Wii) can use them in Guitar Hero World Tour.
