The Tragic Case of Rachel Hoffman, 23 yr old college girl that Florida Cops FORCED to rat out some pot dealing friends was murdered during a botched sting operation. Thanks Florida cops, you are worth less to us everyday!

Florida cops didn’t even write up a report on Rachel, and did not conduct an investigation. WHAT ARE YOU COVERING UP!!

the girl had a baggie of marijuana, SHE WASN’T a drug dealer. WAKE UP FLORIDA, give me a break. Stand up for justice and go after the police department legally. Change your stupid drug laws! Marijuana is not a dangerous substance, period.

Please contact Chief of Police Dennis Michael Jones 234 E 7th Ave Tallahassee, Florida 32303 (850)891-4200 and let him know what you think, America.

Or contact the Tallahassee Police Department

This innocent girl was threatened with prison so that she could “cooperate” in a drug sting the Florida cops didn’t have the guts to do themselves

Don’t these Florida Cops have something else they can do with themselves? It seems Florida is the state where a lot of the taser stories come from. Now they can add the blood of an innocent girl to their hands.

Now Florida is where the corrupt intelligence agencies allowed Mohammed Atta to run drugs at Hoffman aviation and the police there clearly didn’t do their jobs for that piece of justice. Let us also never forget that Florida is the state that George W Bush STOLE the election in with the help of his loser brother, Jeb.

Now let’s take a look at the recent unfolding of an INNOCENT college girl.

Marijuana should be legalized, period. For whatever reason it still isn’t in so many states, beats me, but it is NOT a harmful or dangerous substance. There is no debate about this. For more info on the ILLEGAL drug war taking place in the country, I reccomend watching “American Drug War” as it is an excellent documentary covering the topic.

After being caught twice with a “baggie” of marijuana, 23-year old Rachel Hoffman was reportedly told by police in Tallahassee, Florida that she would go to prison for four years unless she became an undercover informant.

Parents say police used their daughter as bait to catch drug dealers. The young woman, a recent graduate of Florida State University, was murdered during a botched sting operation two months ago. Her case will be profiled Friday on 20/20. “The idea of waging a war on drugs is to protect people and here it seems like we’re putting people in harm’s way,” said Lance Block, a lawyer hired by Rachel’s parents.

The Florida Attorney General’s office says it is reviewing the procedures and protocol of the Tallahassee police. Rachel’s case also has raised new questions about state and federal laws related to marijuana possession.

“I’m calling her a criminal,” Tallahassee police chief Dennis Jones told 20/20, who maintains that both drug dealers and drug users are considered criminals to his department. Related Grand Jury to Investigate Death of Informant Cops Pressed to Explain Dead Informant Pot Potency Has Doubled Since 1983 Under Florida law, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana is a felony. Rachel was also found in possession of two ecstasy pills, a felony under Florida law no matter the quantity because it “has a high potential for abuse and has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.”

The Tallahassee police chief says Rachel was suspected of selling drugs and she was rightly treated as a criminal. “That’s my job as a police chief to find these criminals in our community and take them off the street, to make the proper arrests,” Jones told 20/20.

Rachel’s case also is raising questions about how police recruit and use informants in undercover operations.

“There need to be some safeguards here,” said Block, the Hoffman family lawyer. The young woman received no training before being sent to an undercover meeting to buy a large amount of drugs and a handgun from two suspects.

Police says Rachel was killed by the very handgun she was supposed to buy. “I don’t think she understood the risk or danger that she was in,” said Block.

You're still trying to push the "Atta's stripper girlfriend" bullshit?

'LOVER': Amanda Keller
"It was my bad for lying. I really didn't think about it until after I did it."

By Heather Allen

Published: Sunday, September 10, 2006 at 4:53 a.m.
Last Modified: Sunday, September 10, 2006 at 6:51 a.m.
For five years, Amanda Keller has been portrayed by conspiracy theorists as Mohamed Atta's lover.

But the former Venice stripper now says her boyfriend was another flight student not connected to 9/11. And, for the first time, federal investigators say she's right.

"There's nothing there to corroborate the relationship between the two," a New York-based FBI counterterrorism agent said recently after reviewing 9/11 case files.

The agent got clearance to talk from the U.S. Attorney's Office and the FBI, but only agreed if his named was not used.

Among other things, the government checked Atta's phone records and found the two had never called each other.

In 2002, Keller granted an interview with Daniel Hopsicker, a Venice self-published writer who maintains the government has covered up facts about 9/11.

In a taped interview that has circled the Internet, Keller casually discusses intimate details about her relationship with "Mohamed." She claimed it was Atta, but changed her story soon after.

"It was my bad for lying," Keller said. "I really didn't think about it until after I did it."

Keller, 24, is engaged and is studying to become a nurse. She moved to Ohio in early 2002 and said she hoped that by getting married and changing her name, she could finally leave the rumors behind.

AT LEAST SIX TRIPS MADE

...In addition to Atta, 33, and Al-Shehhi, investigators are telling business owners that Nawaq Alhamzi, age unknown, Ziad Jarrahi, 26, and Hani Hanjour, 29,

stayed in Las Vegas off and on between May and August. They say the group -- which chillingly included a hijacker from each of the four flights -- made at least six trips here.

So far, according to sources familiar with the investigation, the supposition is that this was just a convenient central meeting spot to hatch their plots because tourists of all ethnicities blend easily here, and flights are frequent and cheap. As for hanging out at the Olympic Club, the sprightliest strip joint on a dreary stretch of the old downtown known mainly for $10 street hookers and easy heroin: "It makes sense they would come here, because we're a nice place for everyone, every ethnicity," said Manager Joe Algere.

The meeting-spot theory was reinforced last week by the discovery that Lotfi Raissi, a pilot arrested in London on suspicion of flight-training four of the hijackers, also stayed in Vegas in June when some of them were here. Sources familiar with the investigation believe Raissi trained at least one hijacker at a flight school in Arizona. None of the flight schools in Vegas has so far unearthed records of any of the suspects training here.

However, locals and investigators are still exploring two main theories for why the radical Islamic killers gathered in a city they undoubtedly saw as a den of infidels wallowing in Western wretchedness.

One, which is generating plenty of fear but seems to have no factual underpinning, is that they planned to crash planes into something big like the fake Statue of Liberty, or the 109-story Stratosphere Casino tower near the Econo Lodge.

The other is that the five reckoned as long as they had to meet, they might as well do it where they could gamble and indulge in the same forbidden frolics some of them reportedly found at the Pink Pony strip joint in Florida over the summer.

The portrait of their time here gets a little fuller with every new sighting report that pops up -- though it's anyone's guess how well the stories will hold up over time.

McCarran Airport Payless Car Rental Manager Suzanne Gerfy told The Chronicle this week that her staff had found receipts showing Jarrahi "and a few of the others" had rented cars over the summer, and they turned the receipts over to the FBI. Jarrahi -- who investigators believe piloted United Airlines Flight 93 on its fatal dive into a Pennsylvania field -- wrote he was staying at the high-rolling Circus Circus casino resort, which is on the gaudier end of The Strip than the Econo Lodge.

"They all listed Florida driver's licenses and very much fit in, pretty clean-cut guys," said Gerfy. "It's a shame. It would have been better if they were more criminal looking and easier to spot for something wrong."

Circus Circus staff referred calls to management, who did not return messages.

SOME SAY THEY SERVED HIJACKERS

Clerks at a Starbucks near the University of Nevada at Las Vegas also say they served high-octane java to at least one of the killers, and a pizza joint reportedly served them slices -- with ham left off by request. Some folks at the Chapel of Love quickie-marriage emporium even swear they saw Atta driving a cab.

FBI agents aren't talking about what they're finding -- "for obvious reasons," said Las Vegas office Special Agent Gayle Jacobs. But area Muslims have heard enough. They are tired of association with mass murderers.

"True Muslims don't drink, don't gamble, don't go to strip clubs," said Dr. Osama Haikal, president of the board of directors of the Islamic Foundation of Nevada. "These things are a sin, just like what they did in New York and Washington is a sin."

If the hijackers copped a lap dance or even a watery scotch in most strict Islamic countries, they would be flogged, Haikal said -- and they would be executed for the horror they wrought. Dying doesn't mean they won't be held accountable.

"Wherever they are now, I'm sure they are getting punished," he said.

MIAMI, Sept. 14, 2001

Three men spewed anti-American sentiments in a bar and talked of impending bloodshed the night before the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, a Daytona Beach strip club manager interviewed by the FBI said Thursday.

"They were talking about what a bad place America is. They said 'Wait 'til tomorrow. America is going to see bloodshed,"' said John Kap, manager of the Pink Pony and Red Eyed Jack's Sports Bar. Kap said they made the claims to a bartender and a patron.

Federal agents were investigating on several fronts in Florida on Thursday after searching homes and rental car documents and poring over flight school student records across the state.

The Boston Globe reported on its web site Thursday that it had obtained a copy of the complete manifest list of the planes hijacked from Boston.

The Globe said according to the manifest, Mohamed Atta, one of the suspected terrorists, was assigned seat 8D in business class on American Airlines Flight 11, directly across the aisle from Hollywood producer David Angell and his wife, Lynn, who were in seats 8A and 8B, respectively. Seated next to Atta in seat 8G was Abdul Alomari. FBI investigators have searched Alomari's home in Vero Beach.

The Globe reported the passenger list for United Air Lines Flight 175 shows that Marwan Alshehri got on the plane that left Boston and slammed into one of the Manhattan skyscrapers 15 minutes after Flight 11. An FAA pilot directory information spelled his name Marwan Alshehhi.

In Daytona Beach, Kap said he told FBI investigators the men in his bar spent $200 to $300 apiece on lap dances and drinks, paying with credit cards. Kap said he gave the FBI credit card receipts, photocopied driver's licenses, a business card left by one man and a copy of the Quran - the sacred book of Islam - that was left at the bar.

The FBI asked him not to reveal the men's names publicly, Kap said. He said they lived in three central Florida communities between Daytona Beach and Orlando. FBI Miami spokeswoman Judy Orihuela did not immediately return a phone call.

While investigators pieced together evidence, two former Florida flight school students were identified by German authorities as terrorists aboard the two planes that smashed into the World Trade Center.

Hamburg investigators said Atta, 33, and Alshehhi, 23, had studied at the Technical University in Hamburg and were from the United Arab Emirates. Both men received pilot training at Huffman Aviation, a flight school in Venice, Fla., where FBI investigators are examining student records.

FBI investigators learned that Atta and Alshehhi also took two three-hour courses at SimCenter Inc. in Opa-locka, said Brian George, son of flight school owner Henry George.

"We were completely stunned and shocked," Brian George said Thursday. "My father said that if he didn't have a family to support he would stop teaching tomorrow. To think that someone would take what he taught them and turn it into a weapon"

Both men trained on a Boeing 727 full-motion simulator, he said.

FBI and local law enforcement investigators combed a room at the Panther Motel and Apartments in Deerfield Beach for clues related to the attacks.

Manager Richard Surma said the FBI had been collecting evidence in the room rented by two men about two weeks ago since Wednesday. Surma said the FBI told him it was a "national security thing."

The FBI issued a bulletin for authorities to look out for a silver 1996 Chrysler Plymouth and its possible driver Amer Kamfar, a flight engineer who listed a Saudi Airlines post office box as his address in FAA records and lived in Vero Beach, about 70 miles north of West Palm Beach.

Agents were questioning Saudi flight engineer Adnan Bukhari, 41, whom a county sheriff's official said was cooperating with FBI inquiries. Bukhari was a student at Flight Safety, which trains commercial jet crews.

Agents searched four Vero Beach homes, including Bukhari's and the house next door, where another Flight Safety student, Alomari, lived with his wife and four children.

An apparent relative of Bukhari, Ameer Bukhari, was a student pilot at Flight Safety Academy when he was killed in a mid-air collision exactly a year before Tuesday's attack.

Kamfar, 41, was listed as living at the same address as Alomari at different times. He previously was issued a driver's license in Venice, Calif.

Landlord Lonny Mixel said Thursday that Alomari arrived in July 2000 and told him he was a commercial pilot from Saudi Arabia and was in Vero Beach to attend Flight Safety Academy. Alomari said he would be out of the house by the end of August. Then he pushed the date back until Sept. 3 and moved out that day.

FBI agents were also interviewing three Saudi flight engineers who are taking classes at Flight Safety Academy, company spokesman Roger Ritchie said Thursday.

The school does not have simulators for Boeing 767 and 757 aircraft such as the ones involved in Tuesday's attacks, Ritchie said.

Thomas Quinn, a New York-based spokesman for Saudi Arabian Airlines, said many of the airline's pilots came to the United States for flight training. Foreign students must be sponsored by an airline to attend Flight Safety.

FBI agents also sought information Waleed Al Shehri, 25, a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, The News-Journal of Daytona Beach reported.

The newspaper said Al Shehri was listed as a passenger on the American Airlines flight from Boston and had earned a bachelor's degree in aeronautical science, the university's commercial pilot training degree, and is listed as having a commercial pilot's license.

Embry-Riddle said on its web site that David M. Charlebois, a 1983 graduate, died while serving as first officer on American Flight 77, which rammed into the Pentagon.
