Will Carroll of Baseball Prospectus says the Red Sox, Pirates and Marlins have agreed to a three-team Manny Ramirez deal, pending Ramirez waiving his no-trade clause and league approval.

Carroll, not normally one of our preferred sources, has the Red Sox getting Jason Bay and John Grabow; the Marlins acquiring Ramirez, cash and a prospect from the Red Sox and the Pirates picking up Jeremy Hermida, two prospects from the Marlins and one from Boston.

Yea i saw that....crazy...I love Manny but why would the Marlins want his attitude off on their youngsters?

well manny said he would only waive his no trade clause if the team promised not to pick up his option? so why send good young talent for a player for 2 months?

Manny is a monster at the plate. Boston will not win a championship without him.

If Boston trades Ramirez, take them out of the running for the World Series for the next some odd years. Jason Bay is HORRIBLY overrated.

sons sure Manny can hit like a beast, but he is another spoiled, clueless to reality, drama queen.

Manny gets paid an average of $21 million a year and he plays in front of a sellout crowd of die hard fans every night. Not to mention he is on a team that is arguably the best in MLB and has won 2 World Series in 4 years. what more does this spoiled bitch want? He likes to say that the Red Sox organization doesn't treat him right and that they disrespect him ... well you big dumb bitch, try working a real job and see how the respect level is there LOL. For $21 million a year, Manny owes the organization ... the organization doesn't owe him.

The marlins would've become the Phoenix Suns of MLB. They would've had a VERY potent lineup.

Yeah, I like the Marlins and all, but their pitching is atrocious, they are the Rangers of the NL in that department.
