I played a p/up game with him in West Houston at a 24 about a year ago and he had lost a ton of weight and was not that bad out of shape.

Side note: Shawn Kemp was badass in NBA Jam. I would dunk with him for a whole game just to see him break the backboard. Shame he had to discover cocaine and fast food...deadly combination.
