Apparently 16 of our first 24 games will be on the road including our opener @ LA. If we can come out of that close to .500 we will be dangerous.

If the Rockets win their first 24 games, they will be dangerous.

So, one season after you win the lottery, there is suddenly a conspiracy against one of the best stories the NBA has to offer for next season!!

Hmmm... somehow I am not convinced.

p.s stop starting new Oden threads, we don't care!!! You are spamming the front page.

If the Spurs win their first 80 games they will be historic

Excuses in August?

You obviously have no faith in your team.

the schedule all evens out in the end. for the blazers it just means more home games later in the season. While other teams are struggling for wins late in the season, the blazers will win a bunch of home games and all the media will fall in love with the blazers and declare them a sleeper team out of the west

Getting the tough part of the schedule early is actually a good thing. Early in the season, players are still highly motivated. Travel is not so bad because the long season has not yet given players the fatigue factor. Generally, teams are healthier early on. And, it means the schedule is relatively easier towards the end of the season so if there are playoff implications in games, you have easier games.

I think it's better to have a tough schedule early in the season.
